- Manage all steps of the design process for the organization’s print and digital media strategies.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding on all design materials.
- Collaborate with the communications department and other teams to develop and deliver communications packages for a variety of projects.
- Identify and address design or branding challenges.
- Conduct research to track and implement industry trends to improve communications strategies.
- Support and train internal staff on design trends and best practices.
- Ensure consistent visual identity system using accurate design principles.
- Maintain knowledge of print production processes.
- Manage and maintain relationships with outsourced vendors and stakeholders.
- Update and maintain internal databases.
- Manage an effective and efficient product review and approval process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comprehensive understanding of brand standards, print media, and digital media.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications and other design software.
- Experience with Blackbaud, HTML, and content management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- 3 years of experience managing and executing all steps of the design process.
- $70,000-$80,000 per year.
